review each step of our process, designed to ensure your
complete satisfaction throughout your scooter purchase and
delivery journey:
1. Choose your model
Select from our extensive collection of vintage Vespa and
Lambretta scooters. Rest assured, all of our scooters are 100%
original Italian models with matching frame and engine numbers.
2. Select your color(s)
We offer a variety of sample colors, and we are happy to create
a custom color scheme to suit your preferences. Simply provide
us with a photo or Pantone color code, and we'll match it
precisely. Alternatively, you can view our
Color Chart for
inspiration.
3. Choose your accessories (optional)
While we include many standard accessories free of charge with
our fully-restored scooters, you may opt for additional

4. Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we will send you a detailed
quotation outlining the total price of your order for your
approval.
5. Payment
Full payment is required before shipment. We accept payments

6. Scooter completion
Upon completion of your scooter, we will send detailed photos of
every angle for your review and approval. Once approved, we will
finalize the shipping schedule.
7. Crating and shipping
Your scooter will be securely packed and delivered to our
freight forwarder for international shipping. Delivery typically
takes 5-7 weeks, depending on the destination port. For more

8. Documentation
We will send all necessary documents via FedEx Express or DHL as
soon as we receive them from the freight forwarder. Documents
generally arrive within 3 weeks of the ship’s departure.
9. Arrival
When the scooter reaches your local port, you will be contacted
by the forwarder's agent for pickup. Depending on the size of
your scooter, a truck or mini-van is typically required for
transport. You will be responsible for any local charges or
taxes upon pickup. If you opt for Door-to-Door delivery, the
scooter will be delivered directly to your home, with all fees
and taxes paid in advance.
10. Enjoy your ride
Once the scooter has arrived, use the provided documents to
register it locally. Be sure to follow the
Owner’s Manual Guidelines
before starting your scooter for the first time.
