The scooter's body frame is completely stripped down to bare metal, removing all rubber, plastic, leather, aged aluminum trim, and electrical components. After inspection, we apply a primer coat followed by three layers of high-quality paint, ensuring a flawless finish.

The engine castings are cleaned using a sandblaster and carefully inspected for cracks, stripped threads, and bearing surface tolerances. We replace essential components including pistons, rings, carburetors, bearings, and the clutch. The gears and clutch assembly are thoroughly rebuilt, and we replace the cylinder, cylinder head, exhaust system, and any other aged parts that no longer meet our stringent standards.

We also replace a wide range of other components, including rubber hoses, brake shoes, shocks, springs, seats, tires, cables, odometers, locks, electrical wiring, and electronic parts, along with the floor strips and rubber trims.
