The 1966 Vespa Super Sprint 90 is one of the rarest and most distinctive
small-frame Vespas ever produced by Piaggio. Created as a sporting
interpretation of the small-frame range, the 90 SS features a narrow
streamlined leg-shield, low sports handlebar and its unmistakable
centrally mounted spare wheel beneath the padded dummy tank.
This blue example has been RESTORED and preserves the characteristic
sporting proportions and compact design that made the Super Sprint 90
a collector's icon. With only a little over 5,000 examples produced
between 1965 and 1971, the model remains exceptionally desirable among
Vespa collectors.
